Change of Ownership Announcement

The Directors and Shareholders of AVS Group Holdings Limited - AVS Fencing & Landscaping Supplies are delighted to announce that the business has been acquired by Lawsons Holdings Ltd - Lawsons Timber, Building & Fencing Supplies.

AVS has ten branches employing over one hundred and twenty members of staff in the South and East of England majoring in fencing and hard landscaping materials.

Lawsons is a well-known, respected and family owned business operating from seventeen branches throughout London and the South East.

AVS will retain its brand identity and continue to operate separately under the direction of its Managing Director Stewart Pierce. Lawsons, under the guidance of Chairman Simon Lawson, will assist in the future growth and development strategy of AVS.

AVS founder, Ian Faires, said “The values and ethos of both companies run in parallel and I had no hesitation in deciding that Simon and his team were the perfect fit going forward. I am very proud of what we have all achieved at AVS during the past twenty-seven years and now is the right time for this move to take place.”
