We deliver building and landscaping materials throughout Thame. (Minimum order charges may apply.)
Thame is a busy market town with a population of around 15,000 although that is due to grow with a new large development proposed by Oxfordshire County Council. Thame is still a genuine market town with a twice-weekly livestock market in the centre of Thame, although that is likely to move to the outskirts to make way either for a new supermarket or more housing.
Thame has a good mix of older properties with large gardens (the town centre properties are characterised by very long, narrow gardens) and newer developments with small plots of land. There is always a heavy demand for good quality fencing because of the length of many of the Thame town centre gardens; fence posts need to be well fitted as prevailing winds can cause damage to posts mounted poorly into the dry, light soils.
Landscaping needs on the newest properties in Thame tend to be for turf, fencing and new railway sleepers as their small size makes them unsuitable for serious vegetable plots. There are well-used allotments on the southern side of Thame, near the Phoenix trail - a seven-mile walk from the town through countryside, with a mix of hard tarmac paths and crushed stone and aggregate making a good all-weather track.
We also deliver Fencing, paving, stone & aggregate and landscaping materials to Moreton, Long Crendon, Haddenham, Oakley, Brill, Chinnor, Watlington, Towersey, Shabbington, Ickford, Tetsworth, Worminghall
